Papet Jean Claude is happy to spend time with Maya...
Maya and I got in a bit of yoga together like we always do on the bed...she likes the bridge pose best but I prefer windshield wipers! At least this kept me calm as we searched for our luggage!
We moved in to our little apartment on bd Albin Durand...here are some views of where we are staying this time. Very high ceilings and tile floors and it is within walking distance of shops etc. I'll write more about that later. This is the street seen from our door.

this is what we see from the kitchen window...it is the Chapelle du college St. Joseph

There is a little hallway entrance and that leads into the two bedrooms and bathroom. Here is a picture of the main bedroom.
It is a very pleasant apartment.
On Saturday we went over to Aix-en-Provence for a family birthday celebration with all of Emmanuelle's family. It was really so much fun and here is Oscar with his two grannies.
I'm happy I can finally change clothes again but I've learned that you can live with much less than you think!!! I'll have more to show next entry but for now we have to get out and do some shopping!
A bientôt!
So happy for you! It is true: we can get by with fewer clothes, but it is nice to change now-and-then. You grandmas look terrific! Lucky Oscar & Maya. The apartment is very cute. After our brief time in Provence last month, and having met Catherine & Gille, we look forward to visiting Carpentras some time!
ReplyDeleteThese grannies look rather chiques aussi! It's great to see all these places and people.
ReplyDeleteAnd your apartment looks great!
